About Concetta

People always say to me ‘oh, I could never pull that off.’ I’m here to tell you, the secret is just to wear it out of your house. That’s why fashion is my favorite art form: when you make your own rules, the possibilities are truly endless!
— Concetta May

Concetta May is the Store Manager at Stella's Resale Boutique in St. Matthews. She is a Minnesota native who arrived in Louisville by way of Chicago, where she met her husband, Louisville native, Cruz. She attended Columbia College Chicago where she developed her eye for style and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Film Production.

As a survivor, women's rights are very close to her heart. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Derby City Consent, a local organization focused on supporting and connecting survivors of sexual assault and educating the public on rape culture in our community. The group offers educational outreach, fundraisers for like-minded organizations, support groups for survivors, and is working toward non-profit designation.

Designated Charity

Concetta's charity of choice is The Center for Women and Families. The Center is instrumental in providing safe, confidential, and free resources for trafficked, abused, and assaulted women, children, and men in the Kentuckiana area.
